These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://unboundstays.in and the services offered through it (the "Platform"), operated by Crafted Travel Plans ("Unbound Stays", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, listing a property, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Unbound Stays is a listing and discovery platform only. We provide a space where property owners and managers ("Hosts") can advertise accommodation ("Listings") and where prospective guests ("Guests") can search, discover, and get in touch with Hosts.

Unbound Stays is not a booking platform, travel agent, property manager, or payment processor for stays. Unlike travel-booking intermediaries, we do not:

• Take, hold, process, or transmit any payment made by a Guest to a Host for a stay;
• Act as an agent, representative, or party to any booking, reservation, or accommodation contract;
• Guarantee the availability, accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any Listing; or
• Mediate, guarantee, or process cancellations or refunds relating to a stay.

All arrangements regarding a stay — including price negotiation, advance payment, balance payment, check-in/check-out, cancellation, and refund — are made directly and exclusively between the Guest and the Host. Unbound Stays is not a party to that arrangement and bears no responsibility for its performance.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid WhatsApp number for verification.

3. Host Obligations & Responsibility

By creating a Listing, a Host represents, warrants, and agrees that:

• The Host has the full legal right, title, authority, and any necessary permission, licence, or registration required under applicable central, state, or local law (including but not limited to municipal, tourism, fire safety, and short-term rental regulations) to offer the property for rental;
• All information in the Listing (description, photographs, pricing, amenities, availability) is accurate and not misleading;
• The Host is solely responsible for setting, communicating, and honouring their own cancellation and refund policy with each Guest, and for handling any dispute, complaint, injury, loss, or damage arising from the stay;
• The Host is solely responsible for collecting, accounting for, and remitting any applicable taxes (including GST) on amounts received from Guests;
• The Host will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purpose; and
• The Host bears full responsibility for the safety, condition, and legal compliance of the listed property, and indemnifies Unbound Stays against any claim arising from the property or the stay.

Hosts subscribe to a paid plan to publish and keep Listings active on the Platform, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. This subscription fee is a fee for use of the listing platform and is not a booking commission, agency fee, or charge on the stay itself.

4. Guest Acknowledgment

By using the Platform to contact a Host or request a booking, a Guest acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any payment (including any advance or balance payment) is made directly to the Host, through means arranged between the Guest and the Host, and not through Unbound Stays;
• Unbound Stays does not verify, guarantee, or insure the amount, timing, or method of any such payment, nor the Host's compliance with any cancellation or refund commitment made to the Guest;
• Unbound Stays is not responsible for the condition of the property, the conduct of the Host, or the outcome of the stay; and
• Any dispute regarding the booking, payment, cancellation, or the stay itself must be resolved directly between the Guest and the Host.

5. Identity & Property Verification

Unbound Stays may offer optional identity verification for Users and property-ownership verification for Listings, based on documents voluntarily submitted and reviewed in good faith. A "Verified" badge indicates that submitted documents were reviewed and appeared genuine at the time of review — it is not a guarantee, warranty, or certification of a User's identity, a Host's title to the property, or the accuracy of any Listing, and should not be relied upon as such.

6. Subscriptions & Payments to Unbound Stays

Hosts may subscribe to a paid plan (monthly, yearly, or a limited-time introductory offer) to publish Listings, subject to pricing displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the Host; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the Host to a refund of the current billing period, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unbound Stays, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with: (a) any stay, booking, cancellation, or refund arranged between a Guest and a Host; (b) the accuracy of any Listing; (c) the conduct of any User; (d) any payment made outside the Platform between a Guest and a Host; or (e) any loss, injury, or damage suffered at or in connection with a listed property. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unbound Stays from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your Listing, your conduct as a Host or Guest, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or discriminatory content; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent verification or security measures; or misuse another User's personal information obtained through the Platform.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or remove any account or Listing that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to Users, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
